Versión 1.1 of the EUPL license (European Union Public License) has been published, without significant changes from the previous one, version 1.0. The license essentially says the same, and only some paragraphs change slightly. Contrary to licenses such as GPL, where upgrading to a later version is a licensee’s option, EUPL version 1.0 forced licensees to upgrade to a newer version of EUPL as soon as they were aware of its publication (this is one of the things corrected in 1.1).

We have released openFWPA version 2.0.2. You can download it from here. The main changes included in this release, being a minor revision, are:

• NIE Control Character Validation algorithm fixed
• Liberation of @firma proxy
• New normalization and validation methods of Fiscal Identifiers
• Made optional the dependencies that are not needed for runtime
