		<description><![CDATA[Yesterday, 28th, was published the report eEspaña 2008 by Orange Foundation, that includes a classification of availability of electronic services in Spanish regions. Results show again that Asturias is still at the top, both regarding citizen-oriented services and business-oriented ones:
